Our creed regarding the homeless
- We believe in the dignity of every human being, no matter the conditions or circumstances that surround them.
- We believe in the innate right to a home.
- We believe that true rehabilitation results from integrated multidisciplinary systems and services.
- We believe in the continuum of care as an effective and essential strategy to serve the needs of the homeless.
- We believe that effective solutions to homelessness come about as a result of collaborative alliances between the private and public sectors.
- We believe that treatment should focus on the whole family, not only on the individual.

"Proyecto Enlace"
The mission of the "Proyecto Enlace" (Project Link) is to develop and promote collaboration and inter-organizational processes between
service providers, government agencies, universities, and community organizations to prevent factors which lead to homelessness; facilitate rapid services,
promote social re-integration of homeless people and stimulate the availability of permanent housing and support services for the homeless.
We promote the use of technology, the professional education of the personnel working in participating organizations, the use of research and the
sharing of information regarding this social problem.
