The Chana & Samuel Levis Foundation, Inc. strongly believes in forging alliances
to achieve greater impact in our programmatic areas. At present, we have
collaborative agreements with the Universidad del Sagrado Corazon and the Universidad Interamericana.

We are continually looking for opportunities that help to create high quality academic communities in Puerto Rico
and to improve the quality of life of the homeless. We sponsor trainings, workshops and other opportunities
for professional enrichment for educators, students, and all members of the academic community.
We also focus our efforts towards improving the services offered to the homeless and supporting organizations
that work with the homeless population. Among the activities that we sponsor are the Strategic Session to
Eradicate Homelessness, the Strategic Session on School Violence, and the Community Forums for the non-profit sector.
In accordance with the Foundation's Mission, the Alliances and Capacity Building Division seeks to disseminate
useful information to interest groups from all of our programmatic areas. We aim to share with them innovative
initiatives that have proven successful with respect to both education and homelessness. This division is also
responsible for the Foundation's volunteer program.
